1:1 Psychotherapy Sessions

I offer weekly, one-to-one therapy sessions for adults looking to explore issues such as:

  • Generational trauma and family dynamics

  • Cultural identity, diaspora, and belonging

  • ADHD and neurodivergence

  • LGBTQIA+ experiences and gender/sexual identity

  • Relationship challenges, including polyamory and kink

  • Shame, imposter syndrome, and inner critic work

  • Healing from narcissistic abuse or emotionally immature caregivers

Therapy with me is a collaborative space to deepen self-awareness, process pain, and move toward emotional freedom and connection. Sessions are offered online (Zoom), so you can attend from the comfort and safety of your own space.

Individual Therapy (Online) | £85 per session | 50 Minute Duration.

I am currently at capacity for my lower rate slots - my rates allow me to be able to see a diverse range of clients on different incomes.

One off Therapy Sessions (Online) | £85 per session | 50 Minute Duration.

I am now offering one off Therapy Sessions for if you currently can’t commit to regular therapy right now but are needing some emotional support or if you are curious of what therapy might be like and want to try a session without any pressure. Whether it’s due to cost, scheduling or a tricky time of year - this might be a useful option for you.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.

What to Expect

  • We begin with a 20-minute telephone assessment to see if we’re a good fit - I charge £30 for each assessment - once you book in with the link it will give you a list of times and a way to make payment.

  • If we choose to work together, we’ll agree a regular weekly time

  • Therapy is open-ended, but we’ll review together regularly to make sure the work is still meeting your needs

  • You lead the pace — I’ll walk alongside you, gently holding space and offering insight when needed
